Bob Rafferty serves as the executive director for Iowa Business for Clean Energy, an organization focused on helping Iowa businesses have a low carbon footprint at the lowest cost. Bob represents multiple clients before the Iowa legislature as well as is involved in multifamily housing development. He is a former state legislator, chief of staff to Governor Branstad and a graduate of the University of Iowa Law School.
