Matt Russell serves in the Biden-Harris Administration as the State Executive Director of the USDA Farm Service Agency (FSA) in Iowa. Russell, a fifth-generation Iowa farmer, grew up on a crop and livestock farm in Cass County and now co-owns and operates Coyote Run Farm with his husband Patrick Standley in Marion County. He has served in several Iowa leadership positions advancing farmer led conservation for almost 25 years.
